Sometimes our contacts do not receive our emails. There can be a number of reason why this happens (and it's not isolated to just you):
- Aggressive Firewalls can block incoming email, especially 5 emails or more to one domain.
- Non-verified DNS entries for mail servers (don't worry - we did this)
- Placing large documents, EXE or ZIP files in attachments
- Your company gets placed on a temporary blacklist (for spamming)
Many of these are controllable.
Here are a few quick items to check:
- Have them check their Spam Box (yes obvious)
- Check their HubSpot record for bounces, opt-outs, etc.
- Make sure they have added YOUR CONTACT EMAIL (@lsmortgage.com) to their contacts. Some firewalls require contacts to "exist" as a record in the address book.
- Have your client go to one of our forms on www.LoanStreamWholesale.com and enter their email in the email field of the form. Check out this How To for more detail: How To Resubscribe an OPT-ED Out Contact
