Quick Steps to Make Sure Your Emails Are Delivered

February 12, 2020 8:07:02 PM PST by Tom Shaw

Sometimes our contacts do not receive our emails.  There can be a number of reason why this happens (and it's not isolated to just you):

  • Aggressive Firewalls can block incoming email, especially 5 emails or more to one domain.
  • Non-verified DNS entries for mail servers (don't worry - we did this)
  • Placing large documents, EXE or ZIP files in attachments
  • Your company gets placed on a temporary blacklist (for spamming)

Many of these are controllable.

Here are a few quick items to check:

  1.  Have them check their Spam Box (yes obvious)
  2.  Check their HubSpot record for bounces, opt-outs, etc.
  3.  Make sure they have added YOUR CONTACT EMAIL (@lsmortgage.com) to their contacts.  Some firewalls require contacts to "exist" as a record in the address book.
  4.  Have your client go to one of our forms on www.LoanStreamWholesale.com and enter their email in the email field of the form.  Check out this How To for more detail: How To Resubscribe an OPT-ED Out Contact
  5.  White-list Our Company IP Emails (Below)

Ask your contact to white-list our company IP addresses, and here they are:
